HELSINGBORG is our beautiful 1-room studio apartment with 37 m² on the 1st floor with a unique view over the garden to the forest. It is the right choice for couples or single travelers. If required, we will also be happy to set up an extra bed for a third person in the same room.
The apartment has a spacious living room with double bed. You will also find a well-equipped kitchen integrated and a dining table that also works as a workplace. The bathroom with shower bath and toilet is deliberately from the 70s. Look forward to an apartment with style and design standards.
An outstanding feature is the unique location in the district of Roter Hügel right on the edge of the forest, where you don't hear anything apart from the chirping of birds and you can still be in the city center of Bayreuth in 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bus, which stops right outside the front door.
